Grandmother and child. Abandoned by her parents who fled to neighboring Dominican Republic after the earthquake, a 2 year old girl is brought to a health clinic by her grandmother. She weighs only 8 pounds. The grandmother says she is too poor to provide for the child, and is only able to feed her goats milk. March, 2010.
